We may be biased, but we think we have the very best team of people around leading our house week in and week out! Marshall Road is led by Pastor Roy, who is supported by an incredible team of some of the most gifted, creative, winsome, and hard-working people around.
Roy Ryder
Lead Pastor
Roy has been serving in ministry since 1995. He joined the staff at Marshall Road in 2023. Roy has been married to his wife, Kristi, since 2001. They have three daughters-Hannah, Bethany, and Abby. In his free time, Roy enjoys hiking, family adventures, trying new things, and smoking meat.

Assiatant Pastor
Since 2015, Chris has served in various ministry roles, including men’s, youth, and young adult ministries, as well as teaching and worship teams. He is passionate about helping others discover God’s promises and purpose for their lives through biblical teaching and discipleship. His life is guided by Luke 10:27: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart… and love your neighbor as yourself.”
Chris serves alongside his wife, Kimberly, who faithfully encourages and inspires him in ministry. Kimberly has a heart for children, youth, and people of all ages, bringing joy and encouragement to everyone she meets. Together, they are proud parents of four adult children and grandparents to one amazing grandson.
Outside of ministry, he enjoys art, old cars, guitars, and spending time with family and friends.
Amy Boswell
Administration / Kids Director
Amy has been serving in ministry since 1992. She has been a part of the Marshall Road family since 1976 and has been on staff since 2013. Amy and her husband Randy have been married since 1991 and are the parents of their daughter Hannah. In her free time, Amy enjoys watching movies, spending time with her family, hanging out with her dog, watching her daughter play sports, and trying to test her skills at escape rooms.

OutReach Director
Teri has been a member of Marshall Road since 2006. She has been in ministry for over 20+ years. Teri and her husband Bryan were married in 2020. In her free time, Teri enjoys cooking, entertaining, spending time with friends, and actively looking for ways to further the kingdom
